Reselling Investments

Investors may resell their investment to another investor after holding the investment for at least one year (to comply with SEC’s ).
However, as of today, Vessel does not yet have an exchange established for secondary trades and does not have a fund that can buy back investments. Until we have such offerings, the investor would need to find their own buyer for the investment. Vessel will assist with the paperwork associated with officiating a sale but may charge an administrative fee to do so.
