Investor requirements

We require investors to be accredited. See for the full criteria of accreditation, but generally an investor must satisfy one of the following:
Annual income exceeding $200,000 ($300,000 for joint income with spouse) for the last two years with the expectation of earning the same or a higher income in the current year
Net worth exceeding $1 million either individually or jointly with their spouse.

We will require investors to demonstrate their accreditation by using (cost is $59).
Minimum investments vary by deal, but is usually the greater of $5,000 and 5% of the amount being raised.
