Vessel's Fees

Vessel will charge the property owner 3-5%% of the proceeds sent to the homeowner. There will be an additional estimated $1,000-$2,500 in upfront fees that the homeowner must pay, including appraisals, investment title search, escrow fees. Vessel does not charge investors fees.
