The On Demand Redirect URL session format presents a button to the attendee that when clicked will launch a separate webpage in a new tab.
This session format has historically been used for Now Learning training sessions, which will redirect the attendee to the corresponding session on the Now Learning website. However, this could be used for any session that needs to navigate the attendee to an external webpage.
It’s generally advised that this session format be only used if redirecting the attendee to another ServiceNow webpage, since this technically navigates the attendee outside of the Digital Experience.
