🧠 Numerator: The Constructed Story (What They Tell Themselves)

Sn = Narrative Story The mental/emotional narrative they’re repeating.
“I’m fine.” / “I’ll do it later.” / “Once I get XYZ, I’ll finally be okay.”
C = Contradictions Actions, words, or energy that don’t match the story.
Says they're free, but asks permission for every step. Says they're confident, but won’t be seen.
B = Bypasses The spiritual, emotional, or mental skips over the hard stuff.
“Everything happens for a reason” used to avoid grief, anger, or accountability.
T = Truth Seeds Tiny moments of real insight. The pain they admit when no one’s listening.
“I’m exhausted.”“I hate how I feel in this job.”“Sometimes I wonder what I’m even doing.”

💣 Denominator: The Simulated Reality (What They’re Actually Living In)

Rs = Repetitive Stimulation What they’re repeatedly exposed to: media, trauma loops, toxic patterns, noise, algorithms.
Even when the environment changes, the nervous system is still in survive mode.
E = Environmental Programming Family expectations, systemic oppression, neighborhood survival mentality, generational scarcity.

P = Projection Field Who they think they have to be to be safe, loved, accepted.
The mask. The “right” look, tone, hustle, productivity. The identity that’s selling—not serving.
