🌙 Exit & Disconnection Strategy

“We honor every exit as an evolution. Some grow with us. Some grow elsewhere. All are respected.”

4
🌿 Guiding Philosophy

Exit is not failure—it is transformation. At Ho‘ohana Whoo, every disconnection is handled with:
6
Clarity
7
Emotional and spiritual integrity
8
Financial support (when eligible)
9
Continued open-door respect

10
🔄 Types of Exits

Table 64

12
🧘🏽‍♀️ Exit Process (Sacred Disconnection Flow)

13
Formula: A + C + F = G
14
A = Acknowledgment of current truth
15
C = Communication with clarity
16
F = Formal offboarding support
17
G = Graceful Growth (with or beyond Ho‘ohana Whoo)

18
Exit Steps:

19
Exit Request or Initiation (self-led or leadership-led)
20
Clarity Conversation – 1:1 session to explore reasoning and offer growth map review
21
Exit Agreement – Including optional severance or mutual service exchange
22
Exit Ritual / Team Send-Off (optional but encouraged)
23
Resource List Provided – Local support, referrals, other role suggestions

24
💸 Severance Policy

Severance is available based on time served, role type, and reason for exit.
Table 65

26
27
Severance requests may include in-kind support (mechanic work, delivery help, housing referral, etc.) in place of cash if needed.

28
🔐 Exit Rights & Protections

29
No retaliation – Whether someone exits gracefully or abruptly, they are protected from gossip, financial holdbacks, or exclusion.
30
Confidential feedback welcome at all times.
31
Re-entry Option – If aligned, team members may reapply or return after 3–6 months without penalty.

32
🌈 Energetic Closure & Growth Opportunities

33
Exit is not disconnection from the Ho‘ohana spirit—only the current role.
34
We offer “Alumni Pathways” like:
35
Contract-based re-engagement
36
Event-only or seasonal opportunities
37
Mentorship or guest facilitation
