OKR #1: Cultivate Shared Purpose Across the Ho‘ohana Whoo Ecosystem

Objective: Ensure that every team member, collaborator, and petal is rooted in a clearly defined and shared purpose.
Key Results:
100% of team members complete the “Shared Purpose Alignment” form by [Date]
5 petal-specific purpose statements are published and reviewed in weekly meetings
80% of the team reports feeling “connected to our shared purpose” in monthly reflections
2 visual displays (mural, digital board) showcase shared values across spaces (HQ, website, or pop-up setup)

OKR #2: Establish a Culture of Mutual Respect to Support Aligned Growth

Objective: Foster a team and partner culture built on clarity, boundaries, and care that allows trust-based collaboration and growth.
Key Results:
100% of team members sign the “Mutual Respect Agreement” during onboarding or retroactive review
3+ relational repair or appreciation rituals hosted over the next quarter (e.g., respect circle, gratitude exchange, reset ritual)
50% decrease in task-related miscommunication or interpersonal tension logged in team reflections
At least 2 team members co-lead a peer respect training, workshop, or team ritual to deepen cultural care
