1. Purpose

To establish a professional maintenance and repair agreement between Ho‘ohana Whoo and [Client] to provide safe, efficient, and intentional mechanic services for pedicabs, bikes, and electric systems.

2. Scope of Services

Ho‘ohana Whoo will provide:
Basic and advanced mechanical repairs
Custom fabrication and modifications
HVI (Heavy Vehicle Inspection) reports
Installation of motors, batteries, controllers, and lights
Parts sales, driver gear, and emergency dispatch
Optional rider gear kits and preventative care subscriptions
Services may occur:
At mechanic station
On-site (mobile repair)
At events or festivals
By request via dispatch form or service line

3. Responsibilities

Ho‘ohana Whoo Will:
Provide fair, transparent pricing and communication
Log all services in the HVI record
Offer recommendations for safety, upgrades, and longevity
Honor workmanship standards and provide follow-up support
Client Will:
Present a safe and accessible vehicle for inspection or work
Approve or decline work based on estimate
Pay agreed service fee upon completion (or per invoice terms)
Follow up for check-ins, especially after motor installs or heavy wear

4. Pricing & Payment

HVI Inspection Report: $30
Labor Rate: $40/hour (basic), $60/hour (advanced/electric)
Call-Out Fee (Mobile): $20 base, +$1 per mile
Motor Install (Bafang, Cyclone, etc.): $150–$300 depending on complexity
Custom Wiring / Controller / Battery Setup: $100+
Subscription Plans: Available upon request
Payment via cash, card, Venmo, Square, or invoice (Net 7 for fleets)

5. Term & Termination

This agreement covers all services between ___ and ___
Renewable or extendable by agreement
Either party may exit with 7-day notice unless under an active service
