🔧 Ho‘ohana Whoo – Pedicab & Bike Mechanic Services
🎯 Objective
To offer high-quality, mobile, and purpose-driven mechanic services for pedicabs, e-bikes, and human-powered vehicles—supporting fleet operators, independent drivers, and event partners with repairs, inspections, custom builds, and maintenance training rooted in trust and community.
🧩 Problems Addressed
🚫 Many pedicab drivers lack access to reliable mechanic support 🧰 Fleet owners struggle with preventative maintenance and part sourcing 🛠️ Breakdowns during peak seasons hurt earnings and safety ⚡ Electric motor systems (Bafang, Cyclone, etc.) need specialized support 📋 No standard inspection or documentation system exists for pedicab safety 💡 Solutions
Provide on-site and mobile repair services, available by appointment or dispatch Offer custom wiring, controller upgrades, motor installs, and e-bike support Develop a Heavy Vehicle Inspection (HVI) system for diagnostics, safety, and service recommendations Sell parts, accessories, and rider tools on-demand or via delivery Launch training programs and certifications for up-and-coming mechanics Partner with fleets to handle routine service, emergency fixes, and custom mods 🔄 How It Works
