Pedicab Delivery

🚴‍♀️ Ho‘ohana Whoo – Pedicab Delivery Services & Mobile Vendor Stores

🎯 Objective

To create an eco-friendly, flexible, and community-driven delivery system using pedicabs that double as mobile vendor shops—offering last-mile delivery and brand visibility while supporting local businesses, artists, and events.

🧩 Problems Addressed

📦 Last-mile delivery is expensive and inefficient for small businesses
🌍 Brands want visibility while reaching local customers
🛍️ Pop-up vendors lack mobile presence or storefront flexibility
🧾 Local handmade items often get lost in mass-market logistics
🎨 No system exists to blend delivery, vending, and storytelling in one

💡 Solutions

Transform Ho‘ohana Whoo pedicabs into mobile vendor stores for handmade and local goods
Offer last-mile delivery in downtown and high-foot-traffic areas
Partner with small businesses, food trucks, dispensaries, and artists to stock items
Display items during rides and at vendor zones; deliver items directly to customers
Use Square + Coda to manage inventory, payouts, and delivery logs
Wrap pedicabs with branding to serve as moving billboards + product transport

🔄 How It Works

Table 87
Step
Description
1. Vendor Onboarding
Local brands provide products or menus (snacks, drinks, merch, wellness, handmade goods) to be stocked on trikes
2. Pedicab Setup
Each trike has organized shelving, bins, signs, and display areas to serve as a mobile vendor store
3. Delivery Requests
Customers place orders via QR code, app, or driver interaction for instant or scheduled delivery
4. Delivery Radius
Ideal for 1–2 mile radius: neighborhoods, events, hotels, local retail, CBD/THC/craft food products
5. Sales Flow
Driver completes transaction (cash, Venmo, Square), logs delivery, and updates inventory daily
