I. POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Emotional Systems & Culture supports Ho‘ohana Whoo’s mission by designing and maintaining spiritual, emotional, and communication systems that honor individual alignment and collective integrity. This role serves as the energetic architect of the team environment, blending intuitive care with structured practices.
II. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Emotional Systems Leadership Develop and facilitate weekly team check-ins and energy circles Establish emotional safety protocols and flow resets Create sacred rituals for grounding, celebration, and alignment Role Alignment & Soul Mapping Assist staff in aligning responsibilities with personal numerology Conduct role clarity sessions and flow debriefs Update personal alignment records for each team member Communication & Feedback Integration Train staff in emotional expression, active listening, and nonviolent communication Collect, translate, and apply feedback through sacred formulas Establish journaling prompts and anonymous voice outlets Spiritual Oversight & Curriculum Development Lead seasonal retreats and internal new moon or solstice sessions Produce sacred resources such as meditations, manuals, and expression kits Coordinate with HR and Leadership to apply soul-based onboarding Conflict Mediation & Energetic Protection Serve as a neutral facilitator for emotional conflict resolution Ensure energetic boundaries and sacred protection policies are followed Provide personal restoration plans for burnout prevention III. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Deep emotional intelligence and intuitive awareness Background in coaching, facilitation, wellness, or spiritual leadership Strong understanding of numerology, shadow work, and sacred alignment systems Skilled communicator: verbal, written, somatic Excellent time management and personal boundary-setting abilities IV.
