1. Purpose
To create a shared agreement between Ho‘ohana Whoo and [Partner Name] to collaborate on programs, events, and services that uplift and serve the community with integrity, care, and impact.
2. Scope of Collaboration
Ho‘ohana Whoo will provide:
Community-based services (transportation, support teams, education, or retail access) Team members trained in trauma-informed care, cultural awareness, and intentional presence Logistics such as trikes, tables, delivery, space setup, and facilitation Content capture and promotion for visibility and continued support [Partner] may provide:
Access to space, funding, tools, or community groups Promotion and co-hosting of events, services, or pop-ups Referral system or follow-up care for individuals supported by the program Shared values and commitment to equity, healing, and participation 3. Responsibilities
Ho‘ohana Whoo Will:
Communicate clearly and respectfully with all partners and participants Provide services and roles with professionalism, heart, and consistency Track engagement and follow up with community reports or stories Reflect on feedback and adjust offerings in collaboration with the community [Partner] Will:
Share needs, expectations, and goals for collaboration Respect the values and boundaries of Ho‘ohana Whoo’s approach Help connect with community members and offer support where possible Co-create events, services, or solutions with flexibility and shared vision 4. Compensation / Support Structure
Paid contract partnership (grant, city funding, or mutual contract) Donation-based / shared revenue from community events or pop-ups In-kind exchange (space, food, printing, storage, referrals) Volunteer or community service collaboration with optional stipend Payment, if applicable, due per activation or monthly agreement 5. Term & Renewal
