When a family responds to our automated emails:
When a family responds to an email, our support team will add their response as a note in the CRM. You will be notified through the SeniorlyHQ app that a new note has been added. If a family responds to an email with a question or update, we will CC you on the email response or forward you the email to help you connect directly with the family.
*Please note that our email journeys are triggered based on the family’s stage in the CRM. To ensure our communication remains aligned, it’s important to keep their status as up to date as possible.
