make referrals to services of partner Delivery Organisations
suggest support options for the person to follow up themselves
A single Delivery Organisation might handle all the Needs of a Person or Household, or just some. For instance, one organisation might give help with shopping, while another handles access to medicines.
Delivery Organisations can range from public sector bodies through to local informal community groups.
The Lead Organisation and the Responsible Organisation can also be a Delivery Organisation.
The Lead Organisation will need to know what services are available and how they match up to Needs.
