Specific Services from Partner Delivery Organisations

A Vulnerability Initiative may have been designed to make smart referrals to specific services.
These services will be listed and defined, and matched up to the relevant Needs.

Using the SAVVI Referrals template. See .
The Responsible Organisation should establish a Data Sharing Agreement with each Delivery Organisation.
See in the SAVVI Information Governance Framework.

Access to a General Directory of Services

The Responsible Organisation arranges access to a filterable Directory of Services.
If this does not exist, the list will be built.
Each Service should be ‘tagged’ with one or more Service-Types that were defined in the Outcomes Framework during the Assess phase.
Using the SAVVI Referrals template. See .

Note that many public sector organisations, and councils, are implementing the standard to make it easy to publish, find and use community services data.
