The SAVVI Playbook sets out the steps and resources that an organisation or partnership can use to find and support vulnerable people.
The rationale for the SAVVI Playbook is that it can be applied to all vulnerability scenarios so that investments in technologies and data sharing can be reused across initiatives, and so that we are ready for the next emergency.
