PMA's S.M.A.R.T. template

The S.M.A.R.T. framework gives you a way to set objectives and goals. S.M.A.R.T. stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timely.
Use this template to set your 30-day, 90-day, or 1-year plan. Depending on the timeframe you select, you should aim to achieve each goal after a specified period of time. For instance, if you have a 90-day plan and three goals, try to to achieve the first goal after 30 days, the second goal after 60 days, etc.

Instructions

In the table below, list the Categories for your S.M.A.R.T. goals and then add the new category to the matrix below. Edit the Goals by double-clicking the headers. For each category, you can write your S.M.A.R.T. goals. Duplicate the pages with S.M.A.R.T. goals if you have additional categories to add. To learn more about the S.M.A.R.T. framework, read .
