Agreeing on Urgency

Now that we know what the next set of changes will be, it's time to agree on a priority sequence for them. As a group, come to an agreement on which changes will take place first.

Figuring It Out

Here the discovery work has started to figure out how a change is going to happen. Discovery can include talking to people that will be impacted and letting them know that things will be changing. It also includes designing any new structures or processes as a part of our outcomes that will replace old ones.
Figuring It Out also includes resolving any outstanding assumptions, removing roadblocks, and securing needed resources.

Getting It Done

Now that we've resolved all the outstanding details, and we've informed everyone who will be impacted by the change, it's time to implement it.
New ways of working replace the old ones.

Collecting Feedback

We've implemented the change; now, it's time to revisit the original obstacle and outcome. Has the change we implemented had a positive result? Did it have the outcome we expected? What have we learned in the process?
Once the feedback is collected, and we've reflected on the results, the change can be considered complete.
