Social Media & Office Assistant - Job Scope

Budget: $1500/month
Approximately 10-12 hours/week

DUTIES

Planning
Work with CEO to create SOP to take anchor content and repurpose appropriately
Work with CEO to solidify Content Calendar that aligns with business/sales goals
Project Management of social media & content projects
Implementing
Repurpose the blog/anchor content into social posts/graphics/etc
Write newsletters that feature the blog posts
Scheduling of social media posts
Office Operations
Handle operational aspects of course & student logistics
Occasional website copy changes, landing pages, etc.

SKILLS

Ability and willingness to create the structure of this position from scratch.
Ability to sit with CEO and bring structure to projects, create work-plans, schedules and SOPs to accomplish the tasks.
The ability to take a scoped goal, break the work into tasks, identify dependencies and schedule the work appropriately (basic project management).
Canva — creating & editing social graphics
Light copywriting/editing — repurposing anchor content into other formats, including newsletters
