I've consistently delivered on projects and goals and built processes that maximize my efficiency, normally with the help of bots and systematic handling of goals and tasks. On June 25, 2021, Niv brought to my attention that Daniel was working on a team meeting bot, but since there's a lot on his plate, I decided to raise my hand and eventually took over the project until the Team Meeting Bot v1 went live which will celebrate its first anniversary this month.

On top of the projects, I've also delivered high-quality work that sets an example for my team and helps push them forward in my own ways. While the Volunteer Opportunity Bot to help others get their hands raised on opportunities, I've also created the Pokemon Bot to entertain and inspire others that Zaps are not limited to business processes and encourage creativity. I often show this to new Zapiens so their Zap imagination will not be confined within a certain standard.

Expertise

I was becoming an expert on my team and made it to the Top 3 of the March and April Superstar Ranking with the help of the Support Question Notice Zap. This shows an increase of the number of support questioned I answered, and the quality of my answers are improved as well. I also applied specialized skills specific to my role to solve team problems, like when the LQV Bot had an issue, and I jumped in to notify Joe and fixed it together. On April 7, I had the opportunity to share my process design knowledge (rooted from project management background) through my first and the team found it helpful given that everyone would like to contribute to Zapier growth in any way we can.
