Execution

Self-Direction

I complete my day-to-day work autonomously and receive guidance on developing new processes. I’ve decided to create time-based Zaps to monitor my tickets which helped me achieve 35 RPD consistently with Nivedha’s guidance, also built the Ticket Counter Bot for days that xBar fails. Until today, xBas has its down days and the Ticket Counter Bot was APAC’s backup counter in the #feed-command channel. Since Google Sheets and Coda had issues with my bots, I’ve worked on changing my bot workflows for reliability and switched to Airtable to record performance and samples, this helped a lot and I’ve learned that having a good and reliable repository of metrics and achievements and process of record keeping is a must, in return this made me on top of my numbers and identify gaps in efficiency and areas that needs to improve like quality.

Problem Solving

I identify gaps in process across my team and suggest improvements to help achieve team goals. Going through our team meeting docs, there’s a lot of ideas/suggestions that were raised but very little are executed. This is understandable given that we don’t have a way to track them and even if we do, we don’t have a way to have somebody else work on the idea of the person who came up with the idea doesn’t feel confident executing it. There’s also a constant shortage of projects to work on in APAC. The Volunteer Opportunity bot works but we need more so with the feedback of other members like JC and Jeanny, I came up with the . Think of it as our own Jira board where we can add ideas, and somebody else building up their SCC profile can pick it up.
