Introduction

It's been 21 months since I joined Zapier as a Customer Champion. During the said period until this day, I demonstrated existing technical and leadership skills and acquired new ones to regularly perform my duties and take care of the team. In fact, I’ve mentioned it in one of our team meetings that nurturing APAC is something I would love doing in the long run. Here’s a rundown on how growth mindset helped me strategize and execute game plans to improve quality, performance, and have opportunities to have impact on the team.
