I own team projects and a variety of problems that require in-depth analysis and implement changes to move team goals forward. I’ve been building and managing several bots and its processes which gives my SCC profile an ✨ everlasting glare ✨ however, inviting other members of the team on my projects and encouraging DTA would benefit the region in the long run. I’ve started rallying for DTA during team meetings and remodeled existing processes/bots I manage to encourage/promote group effort. After 2 weeks since I’ve shared my 1:1 coaching best practices with the APAC team on May 19, 2022,
that the rest of the members of APAC started to take charge of their own 1:1s and always come prepared with their metrics and discussion points which benefits the whole team.

Collaboration
I communicate effectively to inform and partner with my team, key cross-functional team members, and sr. employees in my function. I was able to demonstrate this at the time when I picked up a volunteer opportunity during bot testing on August 9, 2021. I brought this up on my next 1:1 with Niv and identified the the things I can possibly contribute to the Docs Team and my possible takeaways until we agreed this is a good one to grab alongside my current CC responsibilities. And during my early days as a CC, I collaborated with Debs to emcee the Support Event back in January 2021, it’s both our first time emceeing an event and that we had to do it separately (we’re assigned to different schedules) but our conversations and researched helped both of us steady the nerves somehow.
