To sum it all up, by taking charge of my own growth I became aware of my strengths and weaknesses and provide some clarity on which paths are available for me to take. Strategizing to unlock next logical steps was fun and executing my strategies through open conversations with Nivedha and other members of the team and bots was way more awesome! By making sure my growth strategies are executed, I gained extra time to gain knowledge and hone my craft which contributed greatly on my quality of work. Being good at my day-to-day tasks and projects also gave me confidence and opportunities to help the team and run activities that will impact their day-to-day, too.
