Verify IR Settings
For Post Processing Software Nova:
1: White Hot Palette
2: Isotherms should be turned off
3: High GAIN mode
(note you may not have a drop down menu if your thermal camera only has two settings)
Pre-Flight
Pre-Flight Settings:
Max Height and Return to Home utilize relative altitude (height above takeoff point).
Consider during the mission what the max height relative to the takeoff point will be to set Max Height.
Return to home altitude will be used to automate return to home if you choose to use it or a lost link scenario. Should be set so the drone goes over any obstacles.
Beacon:
Can enable the beacon, may be easiest to program an RC button to turn it on.
Starting Mission:
Can start the mission in the air or on the ground.
If utilizing terrain follow and operating near your altitude limit generally it is best to fly the drone to the start location and then start the mission. You can open up the flight route to see where the start point is on the map and use that to navigate.
Also after the flight mission finishes can complete the flight back to the home point to avoid violating any airspace max height value due to lower terrain under the drone. Can either pause the automated return to home after the mission by pressing the RC button and take over OR set the end of mission action to be hover instead of return to home.
When the drone goes to the start point it will go to the safe takeoff altitude at minimum or up to the height of the start point if it is higher.
Load Mission:
Select mission and press the play button to proceed to the pre-flight settings.
If need to resume the ZigZag mission at a specific point please see below section.

In Flight View
Will be able to see the next waypoint in the camera view and compass
Dealing with Terrain
If utilizing terrain follow and operating near you altitude limit generally it is best to fly the drone to the start location and complete the flight back to the home point after the mission yourself to avoid violating any airspace max height value.
When the drone goes to the start point it will go to the safe takeoff altitude at minimum or up to the height of the start point if it is higher.
Zig Zag / Multiple Flight Paths and Sections
After the drone finishes a section it will automatically go on to the next however you pause the mission and return the home and then resume at a new location.
Will see a pause button where a route can be resumed from, or select it yourself as a custom breakpoint when you go to play the mission.
If there is only enough battery to return to home and you have smart RTH on, the drone will automatically pause and return to home and you can resume the mission after swapping the battery.
