Can utilize the timed photo capture option to trigger the camera on a regular timed interval so you don’t have to keep clicking the photo button though this can lead to more photos at the end of the day.

If using Matrice 4 series have the option to utilize Cruise control for a set forward speed while “steering” the drone. Can also have it ascend/descend at a set speed as part of it.
