Select the correct pixel

Prevent duplicate or triple events

To ensure accurate data, make sure you don't use the same Facebook pixel ID in both Parkour and other apps.

Parkour's code already captures and sends events correctly. Using the same pixel ID elsewhere might cause duplicate tracking.

To fix this issue, simply remove the pixel from other apps.

If you still notice extra events or incorrect reporting in your Events Manager, you might have leftover tracking code. Don't worry - just contact our support team for help!
