Why do we need to enable App Embeds?

Enabling App Embeds has several benefits:

It keeps Parkour compatible with your current and future store operating system (OS 2.0).

It reduces the need for us to access your theme.

When you uninstall the app, it stops working immediately without leaving behind any unwanted code.

Important: Please enable App Embeds as soon as possible. In the future, the app may stop working if you don't take this step.

What if I've already added Parkour scripts to my theme?

Don't worry. You can still enable App Embeds, and we'll automatically switch to the new method. The app will work with your theme using the "embeds" approach as soon as you enable it.

What about custom snippets added by Parkour?

If you enable App Embeds, we'll transfer any custom snippets along with the embeds. Your customizations will remain intact.

Note: This only applies if you keep the same theme. If you change your theme and we've customized something for you before, please contact us for a thorough check.

Do I still need to add the Parkour Script to the Order Status Page?

Yes, this is still necessary to ensure your purchases are tracked correctly.
