What happens if I don't set this up?
⚠️ You might notice some time-related discrepancies.
👉 Events appearing in the past: Here's an example:
Your Ad Account is set to UTC+5
A purchase happens at 1 AM on June 26 (in UTC+5)
Parkour records this in UTC, so it shows as 8 PM on June 25
Facebook sees this time without adjusting for your timezone
This means you won't see that purchase on June 26 in your reports!
👉 Events appearing from the "future": Sometimes, events might seem to come from the future. This can also happen due to timezone differences.
In both cases, these mismatches are caused by differences between your timezone, Parkour' timezone, and how Facebook interprets the time data..
