Open Field
1. Sail fast, looking for the opportunity to put the 2 in your zone. Speed pass back on the 2 to allow the 3 to become the 2.
3. Sail fast on your side of the course. Look for opportunities to lead the 2 towards the 1 to execute a speed pass back.
6. Sail fast, try to steal an ace. ______________________________________________________________________________________________
2. Sail fast, looking for the opportunity to put the 3 in your zone. Slowing pass back on the 3 to allow the 4 to become the 3.
4. Push the 3 into a slowing pass back, so you become the 3.
5. Sail fast, 5 covers 6.
Mark 1 Approach
1. Look for opportunities to pin the 2 and get the 3 through. However be aware of the 4 positioning.
3. Sail fast to the mark looking for an opportunity to pass the 2.
6. Sail fast trying to stay connected with the race.

2. Sail fast, attempt to keep the 2 around the mark. If you are attacked do unto others and make it take as long as possible.
4. Sail fast, if possible come into mark 1 on the starboard lay line. Be aware of the 5 and not to foul when rounding
5. Keep the 6 behind you, 5 covers 6.
Mark 1
1. Get around the mark quickly, do not worry about the mark trap.
3. Goal is to get around the mark. If there is a mark trap and you are coming in on port, give yourself a boat length of room to be able to duck. If you are coming in on starboard, slow down, do unto others and pass back the 4.
6. Sail fast trying to pass the 5, stealing an ace.

2. Attempt to get around the mark as quickly as possible, if a mark trap is set, do unto others and make it take as long as possible.
4. Get around the mark, pushing the 3 into the 2, setting up for a pass back on the offset.
5. Sail fast, 5 covers 6.
Windward Offset
1. Do not lose the 1. Once you have rounded mark 1, immediately slow down to and be ready to attack the 2.
3. Push the 2 into the 1s hook. Which will allow you to become the 1.
6. Sail fast, trying to pass the 5

Mark 2
1. Enter the zone and set up in the top left quadrant of the zone to set the mark trap. Forcing the 2 to sail above or below, allowing the 3 to pass.
3. Expect for the 2 to set a trap. Do onto others as you approach the zone of mark 2
6. Sail fast, looking for opportunities to pass the 4 or 5

2. Do unto others, try to get to the 3 before getting to the 1, attempting the pass back.
4. Sail fast, pushing the 3 into the 2, helping the pass back to occur.
5. Sail fast, if the 3 hooks the 4, sail to the opposite side of the 3.
Downwind
Exiting 2
1. Stay high on the rounding, aiming to be to the course right and slightly ahead of the 2, making it easy to hook them.
3. Immediately turn down toward mark 3, if the 2 is already set up to attack immediately gibe and break overlap to keep distance from the 2.
6. Sail fast, looking for opportunities to pass the 5. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________

4. Sail fast, keep distance from the 2 and 3 to give yourself space to sail straight to mark 4.

Open Field
1. Immediately attack the 2, staying course right of them and slowing them down.
3. Keep distance from the 2, immediately break overlap from the 2 each time it is established and head to mark 3.

2. Immediately start to attack the 3, continuously try to hook and/or bump them to allow the 4 space to catch up.
4. Sail fast, keep distance from the 2 and 3 to give yourself space to sail straight to mark 4.
5. Sail fast to mark 3, take steps to make sure the 6 stays behind you.
Mark 3 Approach
1. Immediately attack the 2, stay course right of them to ensure mark room at mark 3.
3. Keep distance from the 2, if possible be to the course right of them in an attempt to get mark room. If not possible, keep distance and allow the 1 to attack them.
6. Sail fast, looking for opportunities to pass the 5. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________
2. Immediately attack the 3, continuously try to hook and/or bump them to allow the 4 space to catch up.
4. Keep distance from the 3 on approach to mark 3, as boats start to funnel into mark 3 everything will slow down.
5. Sail fast for mark 3, make sure the 6 stays behind wile looking for last minute opportunities for room.
Mark 3
1. Immediately attack the 2, create room to allow the 3 to pass.
3. Give room to the 1 to try to hook the 2, if the 1 cannot get to them easily, do unto others and attack the 4.
6. Sail fast, be patient and look for opportunities to sneak past leaders. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________
2. Immediately attack the 3, slowing down the race and causing chaos to give opportunities for the 4 and 5 to catch up/pass leaders.
4. Keep distance from the 3, give the 2 an opportunity to create space and complete the pass back.
5. Sail fast, if there is congestion at the mark, be patient and either look for opportunities to pass or ensure the 6 stays behind you.
Leeward Offset
1. Immediately slow down, forcing the 2 to choose a side of you and attack to pass the 3 through.
3. Sail as fast as possible to leeward of the 2, if an overlap occurs you can point at mark 4 (giving room to avoid) and help the 1 get a hook on them.
6. Sail fast, looking for opportunities to pass the leaders. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________
2. Immediately slow down, forcing the 3 to choose a side of you and attack to pass the 4 through.
4. Sail as fast as possible, if an overlap with the 3 must occur make sure its to windward so you can have room going into mark 4.
5. Sail fast, make sure the 6 stays behind you.
Mark 4
1. Set up in the lower left quadrant of the zone, if the 2 goes above, lock them out at the mark; if the 2 goes below, make sure you have enough speed to ensure they do not get bow out.
3. Sail fast pushing the 2 into the 1. At worst coming out of mark 4 a speed pass back will already be set up.
6. Sail fast trying to pass the 5. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________

3. Sail fast, if hooked below the 2 put the bow down to adjust for apparent wind shift; if directly behind, immediately tack and go left in an attempt to get bow out.
6. Sail fast, looking for opportunities to pass. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________
2. Try to force the 3 to get hooked below you before you fully round mark 4, if thats not possible keep speed without overlapping with the 1, be ready to match tacks with the 3.
4. Sail fast, go below the 3 if needed with bow down to adjust for apparent wind shift, pushing them into the 2.
5. Sail fast, focus on keeping the 6 in your zone
Open Field
1. Immediately attack the 2 and execute a speed pass back.
3. Sail fast, pushing the 2 into the 1s pass back.
6. Sail fast, looking for opportunities to pass leaders. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________
2. Immediately attack the 3 and execute a slowing pass back.
4. Sail fast, its best to stay away from the 1,3 pass back and trust the 2 to make it take as long as possible while the 4 attempts to sail fast around them.

1. Immediately attack the 2, looking to do a speed pass back. Being so close to the finish line its all about guiding the 3 to the finish.
