1 cup white sushi rice
3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
3-5 seaweed wraps
1/2 avocado thinly sliced
1/2 cucumber thinly sliced
Cook rice with 2 cups water. When done, pour in vinegar and sugar and mix until combined. Spread a few spoonfuls of rice on a wrap and add a row of cucumber and/or avocado. Roll (pressing as you do) and slice. Serve with soy sauce.
