I just had some time to get back to you and i had few questions just to see if I could even help, is that ok?

Qualifying

1. (Amy) tell me, have you found any homes yet or did you just start looking? oh okay, and if you find something you like how soon where you planning on moving in (their current stage or time frame)

2. Ok just curious, so when finding your new home what’s important to you? what would be a nice area you have in mind? (their dream home = location, size, # of bedrooms or any details)

3. Can I ask what type of house do you have now? Do you own or rent that? (current situation)

4. Interesting! and how long have you owned that home? OR Now how long have you been renting? So what made you want to buy a new home? I’m curious what caused you to buy that home? (find problem)

5. and btw what sort of budget are you looking for? have you already been pre-approved?
