Garage waterproofing.

Turbomax⁠

gave a competitive price and good service on waterproofing the joints and screws of some of the roofs. Saved as a vendor with the managing agents.

Roof waterproofing repairs. ThoBeka (and in particular Isaiah) provided the best quotes and good workmanship on the waterproofing repairs above John’s flat and the resulting interior damage. (+27 71 644 6383 | quotes: masisimnyandu75@gmail.com). OK results from fixing Delia’s flat. Saved as a vendor with the managing agents.

Carpentry and general handyman issues. Zeca provided a excellent quotes on various tasks, such as sanding, oiling, painting, and repairing the garages; fixing broken drain pipe attachments; and so on. (+27 73 028 1626). Charlie (unit 10) assisted them in providing quotes and invoices as per the managing agent’s requirements. Saved as a vendor.

Electrician.

. Provided the best quote (about 50% cheaper) when Werner and Charlie added power to their garage (incl. Certificate of Compliance).

Hardwood floors.

Village Timber⁠

. Not the cheapest, but came highly recommended and was great to deal with; Werner & Charlie used them to add wooden flooring to bedroom. One year warranty.

Sliding doors and windows.

Metal Windows⁠

. Again, not the cheapest, but provide a 5 year warranty and were very thorough. New sliding doors have handled all the new storms without a hitch at Werner and Charlie’s.
