Members who have discharged or intent to dis enroll or Overdue payment, don’t sync sensors
Members forget to take sensors or leave sensors consciously at home while travelling.
Nutrition plays a big role in adherence to sensors, if member is disappointed by restrictive diet, they also lose interest in the program and decides to not follow twin recommendation, so they don’t sync sensors
Members who are unhappy with the program or didn’t see expected progress also decide to not sync sensors as they have lost interest and feels syncing as chore
Member who are sick also don’t sync sensors
