As only 1 day was available to reach out to members, couldn’t reach out to more members in the available pool of 263 members. Reviewed 45 members, was able to contact 20 members and interview 6 members. Couldn’t connect with 7 members as they were busy, didn’t pick up the call or there was a language barrier.
