Improve sensor sync among active members

Target users

We found 263 Indian members who didn't sync all 3 sensors (weight, blood pressure, activity) during Sprint 101 - August 13 to August 26

User problem

Hypothesis: We believe that members are not syncing because they
Don't find value in it over time.
They have problem with auto-sync.

Business problem

Also, % of members syncing their sensors goes down as the member goes further into the program.
