Elevated shipping rate

Case 1: 23$ for 2 Kaisoravatakam (K), Rasayanam(R) for order delivery to cupertino California

This might be happening because of 2 reasons

Split shipments because of lack of inventory in warehouse

we need to set up accurate package size & product weight

Inventory : K - LA - only 1 available, DE 49 available

1 K,1R - Shipping price : 10.65$

2K, 1R - Shipping price : 23.60$ (increase because split shipment - happens because quantity of K increased to 2 from 1)

our average price when our warehouse was in reno for ground shipping option USPS Ground advantage is 6.44

potential reason we are being shown 10.65$ is because our warehouse has shifted from Reno to LA.

Case 2: shows different shipping price when we do draft order vs normal order placement

Reason :

The above difference is because in normal split order there is lowest price. fastest and other shipping option, while in draft order you can only choose one shopping carrier option for both shipments (like if ground advantage is chosen - it will be selected for both split shipments )

Check package dimensions set - if its optimised

Do better division of inventory between both the warehouses to avoid split shipments - Puneeth is on it.
