MEET YOUR BANQUET CAPTAINS - your banquet captain will be your go-to for everything on your wedding day! They will coordinate with the DJ and other vendors to make sure you are on the right timeline and that you always have a drink in your hand!

You’ll have an on-the-day coordinator dedicated to meeting your needs. They’ll look after you and your new spouse from the moment you arrive and throughout your ceremony. As the meal service starts, your go-to person will be your banquet captain. This is the person responsible for the entire catering team. Your captain will work the DJ to ensure a fantastic event atmosphere!
Your coordinator will head our during your reception - although they’d love to stay, they often have an early start the next day. Your captain will be with you until your grand exit and will then shepherd your remaining guests and manage the cleanup. Your coordinator and captain are good friends and have worked together extensively. Before your event, they will discuss all your requitements in extreme detail so that everything feels easy for you and your guests!
MEET THE CHEF - the chef plays a crucial role in creating a memorable dining experience. Their dedication to crafting a delicious and visually appealing meal adds a special touch to your event.

Ask for Help!

We will ask you to assign a few of your guests tasks to help throughout the event.
MAIN POINT OF CONTACT - your main point of contact will be someone who knows a lot about your décor and can make decisions in your best interest. A maid of honor, bridesmaid, groomsman, mother of the bride or groom are great people to hand this responsibility to!
GATHER YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS - we will ask you to assign someone to gather all your belongings from the getting-ready space and get your getaway car in place if you plan to do a grand exit. A bridesmaid or groomsman is great for this job!
GATHER YOUR DECOR - please assign a friend or family member to collect your gifts and personal items (cake knife, toasting flutes, guestbook, top tier of wedding cake, bouquet, etc.) at the end of your event. If you have sentimental or valuable items, asking a trusted friend to collect these items responsibly provides peace of mind.
