TOP TIPS FOR DECORATING YOUR SPACE

MAKE A BIG FIRST IMPRESSION - Capture guests’ attention from the moment they arrive: mark the entrance with a large welcome sign, floral arrangement, or welcome table. This is the first glimpse guests will get of your day, and it will set the tone for the rest of the party!

PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR COLOR PALETTE - Keep the colors you chose in mind when picking out your décor. From the color of your linens to the shade of packaging used for your favors.

DON’T FORGET THE CEREMONY SITE - Your ceremony should get the same attention as the party that comes after it. It’s why your guests are there, after all, so play up the moment with flowers, candles, draping, or whatever else will help the spot rise to the occasion.
REPURPOSE DECORATIONS - Ask your coordinator to transport any décor used at the ceremony, like a floral piece, to your reception area. Talk about more bang for your buck!

PLAY WITH THE VENUES STRENGTHS - Don’t cover up or ignore the focal points on the property. Instead, embrace it and add décor to highlight it.

KNOW WEDGEWOOD WEDDINGS POLICIES - We do not allow naked flames onsite for obvious reasons. Do not bring real candles, sparklers, or fireworks (yes, that's happened). To keep our venue looking good in perpetuity, please do not use nails, tacks, tape, glue, or any other material that may harm the venue. We do not allow confetti, rice, glitter, or fake snow. Trust us, clean-up of these items can take forever. Instead of traditional confetti, real rose petals are beautiful.
