Returns Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused.

Exchange

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges as we are currently improving our processes to streamline your shopping experience. If you would like to exchange for a different size, color, or design, please place a new order for the item. This way, the desired item is reserved for you while your return is on its way back to us.
Upon receiving and inspection of your return, we will refund the price of the product returned to your original payment method in 10mins or less. You will receive an email notifying you of this.

How to send your return

Make sure the customer has filled out the before sending this scripting.
1. You do not have to include the box when you send the item back. Any satchel will do as long as it is secured.
2. Kindly insert a note containing your name and order number.
3. You are responsible for arranging a courier to return the item to us and covering the associated shipping costs.
