Our founder and lead trainer, Derek F Bradshaw, has been a Microsoft Certified Trainer, Microsoft Office Applications Master and Microsoft Master Trainer. With 3 decades of experience conducting applications training to IT Users around the world and also conducts Train the Trainer sessions to create strong and confident training teams.

Most of our trainers are ex. Wellington in New Zealand to anywhere you are.
We also have POWER BI trainers ex. Auckland, New Zealand and Wellington, New Zealand.

For the majority of our session you don't pay upwards of NZ$ 300 per attendee - you would with other providers - instead you pay for the trainer to conduct the session for a set maximum of attendees per session.

All of our training sessions can be customisable to meet the needs of your team.

Level 1 (Introduction)
Applies to application like Word and Excel
Everyone including Beginners and Refreshers
NEVER skip Level 1. If you’ve never done level and have used the application for year, consider a Skills Booster to catchup on what you missed.

Level 2 (Intermediate)
Applies to application like Word and Excel
People who have already attended Level 1 or have used the application for some time and are comfortable with the basics.
People always think they can skip Level 1 and jump to Level 2 because they have used the application for x number of years. This isn’t always true. Often people have missed out on some important basics from Level 1 that could have saved them a multitude of hours in lost productivity time. If this sounds like you, consider attending Level 1 or a Skills Booster to catch up on some important and time saving basics.
