Hey there 👋 Kacie from Pangea here - I’m so excited to get to work alongside you to find talented Pangeans to work with!

Areas I’m best at assisting with if you need a hand:

Setting up company and personal profiles.

Creating job descriptions.

Reviewing candidates and selecting who could be a good fit to interview.

Helping you navigate how to make an offer and negotiate compensation with your freelancer.

Helping you set up the contract on Pangea and preload tasks into the system.

Assisting with preparing for your kick-off call and onboarding tips.

Also here to help coach you through any ad hoc situations that may arise as you engage with your Pangean (changing contract terms, extending contract offers, scoping out/breaking tasks for a larger project you might want your Pangean to work on, etc.).

Bonus! I work day in and day out with our design and engineering team. I can help with any technical bugs you may encounter and love to hear feedback that I can bring to my team so we continue to work towards building the best product for you and your Pangean.
