Need to start taking preparation seriously. Before everything I do, how can I better prepare to make the most of every input of work? Even if it’s 5 minutes. Think this will make a huge difference, especially before content and client calls.
What is the one thing that if we got it right and I put every single resource and ounce of energy into, would make it impossible or nearly impossible to fail?

Isn’t this the type of business that you’d want to pour cash on top of to hit hyper speed? Then why am I not doing that? This is the exact time to do that. I’ll lose money at first, but I’ll end up 10 or 20x’ing the business over the next 12 months. Yes, it’s a risk. But it’s calculated. And it’s as “low risk” as a “low risk investment” gets. And the upside is massive.
I need to test 10x more creative than I am right now. This is non-negotiable.
I need to get Kenz out of the business. We need to be able to take 2 weeks off, and not have to touch any fulfillment.
Not posting to the second account is an atrocity. The bar for quality can be low. Just need activity. No excuses.
