Take a new reading

These questions measure your current perception. There is no right and wrong, and there is no way to get better - all you can do is change.

This interface is not really mobile friendly yet, so use a bigger screen if you can.

Your answers are shared with your team. Your answers should simply reflect your immediate perspective as best as you see fit.

Initialize a reading
It takes a little while to initialise a new reading, so give the docs some time to do it’s thing. (This is still a prototype, so there is a lot we could do to make it better.) When the process is complete, each section below will contain a set of 3 or 4 statements, ready to be ranked..
Click the button above to take a new reading.
A guide to answering the questions
Focus on one team that you are part of, and reflect on your immediate, subjective, perception of your work.

For all the statements, drag the “cards” to change their order. Place the statement that you judge to be strongest first and the weakest last. (Give the labels a second or two to update when you’ve done the moving.)

The second half
In part two, we mix things up and ask you to compare aspects from across different statements. This allows us to gather an extra dimension to our scores.
Drag the cards to arrange the statements in each column in order, from strongest to weakest.
