Dyanamic Support Navigator
highlights aspects of work that help or hinder a team’s ability to perform. The insight it provides informs retrospectives, improves 1-to-1’s and supports the step-by-step cultivation of autonomy and psychological safety.

Most of us have never been equipped with the skills needed to operate in dynamic, feedback driven environment.
The process of developing a team is never complete. Every change will reveal more changes. Keep measuring, keep learning, keep taking action.
Teams are complex systems. Developing team competency requires the simultaneous evolution of many different aspects - each of which is part of an intricate feedback loop. New tools will require updated processes, which will in turn cause roles to evolve which will cause relationships between team members to shift. It is only possible to create a high performing team with a constant stream of small, measurable changes - and a lot of feedback.
is built on practical systemic framework. It allows us to simplify our focus to 12 possible areas, while being decently confident that we’ve covered all the bases. This systems approach makes it possible to cross reference all sorts of data, and provide some very interesting insights. (But anything that attempts to simplify a complex system to 12 data points is always going to be blunt!)
