Dieses Kapitel beschreibt Kriterien zum Themenfeld Prozess. Die Vor-Zertifizierung erhöht die Verbindlichkeit für die Entwicklungsgesellschaft ggü. den zentralen Stakeholdern. Hierbei werden insbesondere Abstimmungen und Einbindungen der Stadtgesellschaft bzw. Nachbarschaft bewertet, die über die verpflichtenden Elemente im Planungsprozess hinaus gehen.

This chapter describes criteria relating to the topic of process. Pre-certification increases the binding nature of the development company vis-à-vis the key stakeholders. In particular, coordination and involvement of the urban community and neighbourhood that go beyond the mandatory elements in the planning process are evaluated.

Zur Erhöhung der Validität wird die Kombination von mind. 2 Methoden empfohlen. How the evaluation is methodically planned is assessed. Evaluation note: Several forms and methods of evaluation are conceivable. To increase validity, a combination of at least 2 methods is recommended.
