Dieses Kapitel beschreibt Kriterien zum Themenfeld Mobilitäts-Management. Während der Planungsphase stehen zum Teil noch keine Mieter:innen fest. Daher kann zu dem frühen Zeitpunkt die Umsetzung von Management-Maßnahmen noch nicht abschließend beurteilt werden. Vor diesem Hintergrund werden gebäudeseitige Maßnahmen und Absichtserklärungen bewertet.
This chapter describes criteria relating to mobility management. During the planning phase, some tenants have not yet been identified. Therefore, the implementation of management measures cannot yet be conclusively assessed at this early stage. Building-side measures and declarations of intent are assessed against this background.

Bewertet wird, ob sich die Entwicklungsgesellschaft konzeptionell mit dem Thema Mobilitäts-Management und entsprechenden Angeboten auseinandergesetzt hat. Bewertungshinweis: Hierzu gehört u.a. die Abfrage bestehender Angebote der zukünftigen Mieter:innen oder die Auseinandersetzung mit Wegeleitsystemen. The evaluation assesses whether the development company has dealt conceptually with the topic of mobility management and corresponding offers. Evaluation note: This includes, among other things, asking future tenants about existing offers or dealing with wayfinding systems.
