Bewertet wird, die Anzahl der geplanten Stellplätze. Basis ist der lokale Verkehrswende-Zielwert für den Modal Split des MIV. Dies gilt jedoch nicht für Berlin — normalerweise ist der Zielwert Modal Split kleiner als der Wert, den die Satzung vorgibt. Im Fall von Berlin muss eine entsprechende bestmögliche Abminderung der Stellplätze qualitativ geschätzt werden. The number of planned parking spaces is assessed. The basis is the local traffic turnaround target value for the modal split of motorised private transport. However, this does not apply to Berlin - the modal split target value is normally lower than the value specified in the statutes. In the case of Berlin, a corresponding best possible reduction in the number of parking spaces must be estimated qualitatively.

Sollte die Sichtprüfung zu einem Ergebnis unter 4 Punkten kommen, wird eine detaillierte Überprüfung / Optimierung durch ein Fachgutachten empfohlen. Bewertet wird die Ausstattung der Stellplätze mit E-Ladeinfrastruktur und Vorrichtungen für eine spätere Nachrüstung. Bewertungshinweis: Mit Blick auf die technische Entwicklung der Fahrzeuge ist in einem Hochlauf-Szenario keine Ausstattung von 100 % der Stellplätze mit Ladeinfrastruktur erforderlich. The equipment of the parking spaces with e-charging infrastructure and devices for subsequent retrofitting is assessed. Evaluation note: In view of the technical development of the vehicles, it is not necessary to equip 100% of the parking spaces with charging infrastructure in a ramp-up scenario.
