Es wird bewertet, ob die Zugänge zum Gebäude auf relevante ÖV-Stationen ausgerichtet sind. Ziel ist es, Umwege für ÖV-Nutzer:innen zu vermeiden. Sollten externe Faktoren eine Zuwegung nicht ermöglichen, wird die Optimierung im Umfeld in der Frage C2 behandelt. It is assessed whether the entrances to the building are aligned with relevant public transport stations. The aim is to avoid detours for public transport users. If external factors do not allow access, the optimisation of the surrounding area is dealt with in question C2.

Bewertet wird, wie gut die ausgewählten Maßnahmen für das Nutzungsszenario am Gebäude passen. Beispiele sind: It is assessed how well the selected measures fit the utilisation scenario of the building. Examples are:

z.B. 5 Pkt — Mobilitätsstation am Projektstandort und am ÖV-Knoten (u.a. mit E-Scooter, Leihfahrrädern) / Mobility station at the project location and at the public transport hub (including e-scooters, bicycles for hire)

z.B. 10 Pkt — Shuttle-Angebot oder Drop-Off-Zonen / Shuttle offer or drop-off zones
