make
Make

Make is an online automation tool that connects your favourite apps and services to automate repetitive tasks without needing to code. It operates by linking two or more apps to create automations, known as Scenarios, which trigger an action in one app when something happens in another.
Zyllio provides a native Make integration that allows to trigger scenarios when Zyllio data have changed

Pre-requisites

A valid Make account is required to connect Make and Zyllio solutions.
In addition subscription to Zyllio Enterprise Plan is needed to activate this feature

Configuration

Make integration could be activated from Settings / Integration tab by switching on the top right button as per this picture

The settings card provides a unique API Key to copy paste within the Zyllio connections within Make Connections. See below

Create a Scenario

Connect to Make dashboard and create a Scenario as per this picture

Search and select zyllio

Select event : Table updates

Create a connection

Copy and paste the API Key from Zyllio settings and press continue

Trigger configuration

Select the Zyllio table that will trigger this Scenario on data updates and click continue

Then select All option on where to start dialog box

Test trigger

Insert a new row within the Zyllio table to retrieve sample data and click test Run once

Add GMail module

Connect to your GMail account and click continue

Configure GMail template

Configure the email by picking data from Zyllio sample data as per the picture and click test.
An email will be sent by Make

Run and activate scenario
