Enable it’s success

My experience spans building over eight live products across various sectors including Fintech, HR and human capital, eCommerce, Marketplace, and Health-Tech.

As a Product Manager, my strengths lie in problem-solving (often referred to as the "Problem Manager") and ensuring Great user experience. I am committed to:
Product Discovery: Thoroughly evaluating opportunities and understanding the problems to determine what should be built. I believe in falling in love with the problem, not the solution.
Continuous interviewing: Regularly engaging with users to gather insights and validate assumptions.
User Experience: Leveraging UX as a competitive edge to delight and retain users.
Confident Releases: Ensuring every release meets the highest standards.
I am dedicated to never building or shipping any solution that does not address the critical needs of the user adequately.

How to work with Eng/ or Designer

Provides Focus and Frames the Problem: It narrows down the issue, preventing it from being too broad.
Inspires Your Team (Sprint Goals): It should be motivating, encouraging team members to tackle the problem enthusiastically.
Create an environment for autonomously :for Eng to pick their ticket and decide their timeline

A good Product Discovery Strategy should be based on answering 4 core questions:

What is the problem the feature or product is solving?
What alternatives do uses solve this problem with today?
What is the core value proposition for your solution?
How is your feature or product differentiated from alternatives and competitors?
The goal of a Product Discovery process is to better understand the problem you are trying to solve.
Product discovery is the critical front-end of the development cycle where sharp teams research problems, gain empathy for users, explore solutions, refine concepts, and synthesize learnings into refined product requirements.
